In this oral history interview, Mohammed Dukuly discusses about West African muslims in Minnesota. We first start off the interview talking about his upbringing and how he became an Imam. We also discuss the importance of community, feminism, West African culture and most importantly, Islam. This oral history project was conducted by a student at Augsburg University and submitted in partial fulfillment of a course taught by Dr. Maheen Zaman.
