Man kan ofte vœre friſtet til at ſporge, naar man ſer dette Folks Ligegyldighed og Sendrægtighed i at modtage Kriſtendommen: Er de vœrd, at man fal ſtræve og lide og arbeide for dem? Men ſaa maa vi kun ſvare: Var vi vœrdig, hvad Jeſus gjorde for o8, da han forlod ſin himmelſke Herlighed og Tom ned til denne ſyndige Jord at lide og ds for at frelſe og. gjenopreiſe den faldne Menneſkeſlegt ? : Hvor havde vi vœret, derſom vor fiære Frelſer havde unddraget ſig dette?
